A Little Bit About Me

Hey, I’m Morgan — the face behind Outsource by Morgan.

I started this business because I realised I had way more to offer than what fit into a standard admin job. I was good at organising, loved building systems, and genuinely enjoyed turning messy processes into clean, functional ones. But in past roles, I was stuck doing tasks that didn’t light me up.

Now? I get to do work I’m actually good at, for clients I genuinely care about. Work that’s thoughtful, strategic, and behind the scenes. The way I like it.

What It’s Like to Work With Me

I’m calm, clear, and highly organised. I run a tight ship, but I’m not intense about it.

You’ll get someone who knows how to make systems work for you, not the other way around. I’m big on structure, small details, and helping everything feel smoother behind the scenes. And because I love what I do, that energy shows up in the quality of what I deliver.
